REFUND POLICY

Overview

It is expected that our customers read, and understand the refund policy before making a purchase. This policy was updated on December 28, 2020. All previous versions of this policy are now rendered void. Refunds DO NOT apply where expressly exempt. This includes ALL FlightBridgeED Air and Surface Transport (FAST) Symposium tickets and passes. Products and services which are exempt from refunds will have prominent notices displayed either on the website or in-person (depending on venue) before checkout.

 

FlightBridgeED Air & Surface Transport (FAST) Symposium Refund Policy

All FAST tickets and passes are NON-REFUNDABLE without exception but are transferrable to future FAST events, or to another person. Flexible Change and Cancellation Policy for FAST 2020 (this policy has officially expired)

Due to COVID-19, the FlightBridgeED Air and Surface Transport (FAST) Symposium for 2020 was canceled in accordance with government requirements. In response, FlightBridgeED temporarily implemented a Flexible Change and Cancellation Policy for FAST 2020 to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on FAST ticket-holders, sponsors, and vendors. This policy has officially expired and is no longer active, or retroactive. (The FlightBridgeED Air & Surface Transport (FAST) Symposium Refund Policy above applies to all FAST tickets and passes regardless of year.)

 

Flexible Change and Cancellation Policy for FAST 2021 (this policy has officially expired)

The following provisions are active as of March 3, 2021, at 00:00 CST, and only apply to all current FlightBridgeED Air and Surface Transport Symposium 2021 (FAST21) pass and/or ticket holders who purchased their passes and tickets prior to March 3, 2021, at 00:00 CST. Due to changes in local and state regulations regarding mass gatherings, the FlightBridgeED Air and Surface Transport Symposium 2021 (FAST21) which was scheduled for May 11 - 12, 2021 with pre-conferences to be held May 9 - 10, 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada will be presented as a virtual event. Passes and tickets for all FAST events are non-refundable, however, due to the nature of the circumstances, FlightBridgeED hereby makes the following addendum and provision for FAST21 pass and/or ticket holders. The FAST21 refund policy is temporarily amended with the following policy changes until March 21, 2021, at 23:59 at which time this temporary amendment will become permanently void. FlightBridgeED Air and Surface Transport Symposium 2020 (FAST20) pass and/or ticket holders who opted to roll over their passes and tickets to FAST21 are equally eligible and entitled to these provisions. To receive benefits in association with this provision, your pass and/or ticket must be active and valid as of March 3, 2021, at 00:00 CST. Expressly excluded from these FAST21 financial benefits are all hotel, travel, food, and other reservation and/or financial costs, or obligations made by you, or on your behalf to facilitate your attendance of FAST21. Any hotel reservations made through the fastsymposium.com website associated with FAST21 at Planet Hollywood are hereby fully canceled. As of March 3, 2021, at 00:00 CST, no charges have been made in association with these reservations and no charges will be initiated hereafter. Hotel reservations made at Planet Hollywood or other hotel reservations that were made outside of the fastsymposium.com website are not covered under this provision and are the sole responsibility of the individual who made the reservation to resolve. FlightBridgeED makes no guarantee of the availability of refunded monies from FAST21 passes and/or tickets after a refund has been issued by. Eligible pass and/or ticket holders will receive a notice of refund when it is processed by FlightBridgeED. No other notices will be issued. Availability of refunded monies after a refund has been issued by FlightBridgeED is entirely dependent upon your financial institution. FlightBridgeED will not contact, or negotiate with any outside financial institutions on behalf of any person who has received a refund under any circumstances. Refunded monies from FAST21 passes and/or tickets will be issued back In the form of paper check issued to the the party listed on the billing address which was invoiced for the FAST21 passes and/or tickets without exception unless prohibited by law, or by court order.

 

FlightBridgeED Price Match Policy
FlightBridgeED does not participate in price match. This includes price matches from competitor offers and advertising as well as price match refunds on our own products related to a sale. No refunds will be issued for a price difference paid prior to, or after any sale, promotion, or offer.

 

Physical Merchandise

All items which must be shipped from FlightBridgeED to you (the customer) are considered physical merchandise. These include, but are not limited to items such as books, t-shirt, and (etc.). All physical items are sold "as is" with no expressed returns accepted. For defects in tangible craftsmanship, please contact us for a replacement item.


Digital Purchases

All digital sales are final at the time of purchase, and no refunds will be made for any digital purchase.


In-person (Live) Events and Courses

You may cancel your in-person event or course, at any time via our website, or by contacting customer support (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).


The refund eligibility period ends thirty (30) days at midnight (12:00 am) from the start date of the event. The customer will receive the full amount of their registration fees, minus a non-refundable processing fee of fifty (50) dollars.


After this 30 (30) day deadline, customers are no longer eligible to receive a refund in whole, or in part due to customer-initiated cancellation. You may, at any time before seven (7) days, at midnight (12:00 am) from the start of an event, request to reschedule and attend a course at another location (depending on availability) by contacting customer support by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. If registered for a review course, the customer may also opt to transfer their registration over to the Online Review Course. If the customer cannot find a suitable in-person alternative for their review course, please be aware that the FlightBridgeED Customer Support team may at their sole discretion, initiate a transfer to the Online Review Course on behalf of the customer.

 

Refund Initiation and Negotiation with Financial Institution Policies

FlightBridgeED initiates all eligible refunds immediately upon receiving your request. Please be aware that some financial institutions may take up to 4 weeks to credit your account fully. For legal, and privacy reasons FlightBridgeED cannot contact your financial institution on your behalf for any reason.
